FAQ

Stained glass product care

To hang your piece: we recommend a strong nail or cup hook screw screwed into a window frame or wall. If hanging on a wall, please try to use studs to secure the weight of your piece. We do not recommend using suction cups, they often fail.

To clean your piece: solder and lead oxidizes over time causing darkening or a “crust” to form. Use cotton or a microfiber cloth to gently wipe clean. If you must use a product to clean your piece, please use ammonia-free products.

*Solder and lead-came borders contain traces of lead, please wash hands after handling

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, time-permitting, I do! I am also happy to make previous pieces I’ve made using custom color selections of your choice. Please send me an email at homeagainglassworks@gmail.com

Returns / refunds

Due to the nature of stained glass artwork being fully made by hand, I do not accept returns or refunds. Before purchasing, please make sure you love the piece.

Shipping / breakage

USA and Canada shipping is available. *If you are purchasing from Canada, you are responsible to pay any extra fees that might occur when picking up your item from your post office.

I ship through USPS. I take extra pre-caution while packing your pieces to ensure they will not break on my part. I can’t be held responsible for breakage on USPS’ end.

If your piece happens to break at some point in your home, please contact me to see if it is possible to make a repair for an additional fee. You will be responsible for shipping each way.
